The Consultation

Procedure
Patients lie comfortably on the treatment bed. A gel is applied to the skin to help the applicator glide more easily and to protect the skin from the heat. The applicator is applied to the skin’s surface with smooth and consistent movements. Patients feel a pulsating suction with a gradual increase in heat. Many have described the treatment as “feeling like a hot stone massage.” By using both electromagnetic fields and radio frequency waves to create heat, the skin can be treated from the inside out without causing any bruising or burning. The Venus Freeze™/Venus Legacy™ is an effective and safe method for skin tightening as well as wrinkle and cellulite reduction.
Each treatment session lasts about 15 to 40 minutes depending on the size of the treatment area. The number of treatment sessions needed will depend on the target area. Typically, six treatments (once per week) are recommended for the face, and eight treatments are ideal for the neck and other parts of the body.
